Orientation studies at the Theatre Academy 2023
Orientation studies are a mandatory part of studies as a new bachelor’s or master’s student, and they consist of various activities.
The purpose of orientation is to provide new students with tools that they need in their studies at the Theatre Academy and to introduce them to the university community.
Bachelor’s students complete their orientation (2 cr) as part of their general studies, which are shared by all new students.
Master’s students have a some joint days and events in late August, and then orientation studies and personal study planning continue according to each MA programme’s schedules.
Orientation session for new international MA students and exchange students 23 August
Info session in English for international degree students and exchange students will be held on 23 August, 1 pm – 4.30 pm.
Location: Theatre Academy main building Kookos.
Tip: Bring your own laptop and passport or ID with you.

Digital tools for studying in Uniarts Helsinki – a self study material and a quick course for learning to use Moodle, the online learning environment. You can access the material by logging in with Uniarts user ID.
