Ask questions about general study-related matters via the Uniarts Help service portal
Uniarts Helsinki has now launched Uniarts Help, a portal for sending questions about general study-related matters, reporting IT or device problems and requesting audiovisual equipment loans for your studies. You can follow the progress of your requests in real time on the portal.
Send questions and requests via the portal
If you have general questions about studies, academic year registration or student exchanges or if you want to inform the university of your name change or personal identity code, you can contact the academic affairs team via the Uniarts Help service portal. You can also find the link to the portal on the Contact page on the Students’ Uniarts website.
If your question concerns your home degree programme or you want to ask about your academic progress, contact the planning officer or coordinator of your degree programme. You can find the contact information for study services on the Students’ Uniarts website and in Tuudo.
You can also use the portal for contacting IT Helpdesk or requesting AV equipment loans, such as a video camera, a USB microphone or a voice recorder. The maximum loan period is 5 days.
The portal has a separate form for sending questions about copyright-related matters. You can ask questions about things like citations, the use of sheet music or screening films. The portal forwards the questions to the university’s copyright lawyer and legal counsels.
