Give feedback on Uniarts Helsinki’s printing services

Unigrafia and Uniarts Helsinki’s Digital Services are collecting user feedback on the functionality and user experience of the UNIPRINT printing service from 6–31 March 2026. In the survey, we examine, among other things, the smoothness of the service, the functioning of the devices, the clarity of the instructions, and the availability of support.

The feedback helps us identify what works well in the service and what needs improvement. The responses will be used to develop the printing service and to target improvements according to users’ needs.

Responding does not require logging in and the survey is anonymous.
