Registration is open for the ICMS 16: Music as a Meaningful Art congress

The International ICMS Congress will be held at the Sibelius Academy on 2–6 June 2026.

The congress brings together scholars of musical signification, signs in music, and musical meaning to discuss recent developments and future trends in musical semiotics and related fields of research. The theme of this year’s ICMS 16 Congress is Music as a Meaningful Art.
