Michael Tippett: A Child of Our Time oratorio – Vocal soloists have been selected
Michael Tippet’s oratorio ”A Child of Our Time” will be performed in the Musiikkitalo concert hall on Saturday, 25 November
In addition to the choir, symphony orchestra and soloists of the Sibelius Academy, the Helsinki Music Centre Chorus and the choir of the Sibelius Academy Kuopio unit will also perform in the concert.
The soloists for the piece were selected based on an open audition that was organised in September for all Sibelius Academy students.

- Turunen Maija, Välimäki Leni, alto
- Mansikka Aarne, Sipilä Otso, tenor
- Besedin Ivan, Lakka Okko, Hartikainen Paulus, bass
The courses of the Sibelius Academy choir are open to all Sibelius Academy students.
