Summer cleaning of M building will begin on 10 June 2024
From 10 June 2024., summer cleaning will begin in the Sibelius Acaademy premises of the Helsinki Music Centre, i.e. on top of cabinets and other surfaces. Nothing should be stored in them anyway, but now the levels are emptied to remove dust.
In July, the floors of the classrooms will be cleaned and, as usual, their instruments will have to be moved. If you keep your own instruments in the classroom and don’t want them to be moved around and stored in the hallways during cleaning, please take your instruments to the R or N house, for example (where the corresponding cleaning is done in winter).
