Zine Exhibition at Sörnäinen Campus Library 23.10.2024–27.11.2024
On Wednesday, October 23, first-year Fine Arts students will open the Zine exhibition, on display at the Sörnäinen Campus Library until November 27, 2024. The exhibition opening will be held on October 22 from 3 – 5pm. Welcome!
The exhibition is open during library opening hours. The publications of the exhibition cannot be borrowed.
Description of the exhibition:
At the Zine exhibition, first-year students display reimagined work from discarded library books, crafted into easily reproduced books popularly known as zines.
The topics of these zines are as diverse as the creators. Topics range from internet culture to hair to love. As you hold these pages in your hands, allow yourself to be transported to different places. Times. Concepts. Beings. Remembering that with the next zine, a new adventure awaits.
