Rhythm workshop
A workshop exploring and manipulating rhythmic fragrance that can benefit your composition, arrangement, improvisation and muscling your musicianship by Kasheshi Makena.
You’ll learn rhythmic patterns from various dances/music style from Africa. We will play and sing these rhythms into our bodies or instruments bodies. Letter on we will set up for improvisation to explore what we have learned. I will be guiding you step by step and giving ideas how you could tweak the rhythms. No percussion experience needed to this workshop, you only need the enthusiasm in rhythmic music. We will be having fun time while learning.
