Curriculum
A curriculum is an overall description of education, confirmed by the university, which defines the degree structure and intended learning outcomes, contents and competence evaluation methods of study modules and units.
Five cross-cutting themes from Uniarts Helsinki’s strategy are emphasised in the curriculum: digitalisation, ecological sustainability, wellbeing, international activities and research orientation. You can check which cross-cutting themes are integrated into the teaching content in the course details for each study unit.
You can find the curricula in Uniarts Helsinki’s Study Guide.
Students will complete their studies in accordance with the 2024–2030 curricula. The opportunity to graduate according to the old curricula ended on 31 January 2026.
