Important dates and schedules at the Junior Academy
On this page, you will find information on when the teaching will take place and the important dates for the academic term.
Common schedules for the Junior Academy
Submit your certificate of student status by 13 August 2025 to siba.nuorisokoulutus@uniarts.fi. If you will begin your studies in autumn 2025, you must submit your NOPS form in the beginning of the autumn term.
The NOPS schedule for the spring term will be published here in the early spring 2024.
Schedules for the academic year 2025–2026
Autumn term 2025
- Group teaching will mainly take place during weeks 36–51. Teaching in the autumn term will end on Thursday 19 December 2025. Individual teaching may begin upon agreement between the teacher and the student already at the beginning of August.
- Autumn break in week 42
Spring term 2026
- Group teaching will mainly take place during weeks 2–17. Individual teaching may begin upon agreement between the teacher and the student already at the beginning of January.
- Spring break in week 8
- Easter holiday: from 2 to 8 April 2026
