Autumn clean-up at SibA Tower on Friday 11 September 2026

Hi Sibelius Academy community member,

Autumn is here – and it’s time to give our Tower a good clean together!

Join us for an autumn clean-up on Friday 11 September from 10 a.m. onwards. You can join us whenever it suits you and stay for as long as you have time. The more of us pitch in, the quicker we’ll get everything in order!

There will also be some snacks and refreshments for everyone taking part.

What will we do?

• Throw away old posters and brochures
• Return dishes from shared spaces to the kitchen
• Move broken furniture into the corridors – Facilities Services will collect it for repair
• Give the staff break room a more thorough clean
• Clean the Agora kitchen
• Collect clothes and other unnecessary items from shared spaces and move them to Agora
• Meet at the SibA Info Desk

Do you have personal belongings in the shared spaces?

If you cannot join the clean-up, please remember to collect your belongings from the shared spaces by 10 September 2026 at the latest. Any unnecessary items left behind will be disposed of during the clean-up.

Lost and found

Any lost and found items discovered during the clean-up will be kept on display in Agora for one week. After that, any unclaimed items will be disposed of.

Separate clean-up days will also be organised at the N and R buildings during the autumn.
