Music educators from around the world are gathering in Helsinki this summer!
The University of the Arts Helsinki is hosting the 36th ISME World Conference in Helsinki from July 28 to August 2, 2024. Join us to envision future possibilities and forge new partnerships that can change the world! You can register until July 1, 2024.
As an active member of the music education field in Finland, you have the option to participate in the conference for one or two days. This participation does not require ISME membership.

The ISME World Conference, held biennially, is one of the most significant events in the world for arts education and research. The International Society for Music Education (ISME) was established at the initiative of UNESCO in Brussels in 1953. The organization represents around 80 member countries worldwide, and its core belief is that experiencing music in various forms is an essential part of life.
