Issues in IT systems and network connections were fixed, systems operate as usual

The extensive disruption to IT systems and network connections at Uniarts Helsinki last week was resolved over the weekend, and from Monday 29 June onwards the systems and network connections are once again operating normally. The home directory H and the shared network drive X are also working normally.

What caused the disruption?

The large-scale disruption happened after servers were moved to Uniarts Helsinki facilities. The issue with restarting server hardware was resolved over the weekend in effective cooperation with our service provider. Now that the systems have returned to normal operation, we focus on ensuring that similar disruptions do not occur in the future.
