Finnish through art-based practices starts 9 September

Finnish through art-based practices will be organised again this Autumn semester on Wednesday evenings. You can register for it in Peppi until 7 Sep.

This course provides you with a toolbox that you can develop for your future language learning practice. It is led by artist-language learners who have discovered fun, experimental, and insightful ways to use and learn Finnish. They want to share and develop their methods together with other learners. The course is open to all Finnish language learners.

You can also read the Open Campus blog where Finnish lecturers Laura Lehtinen and Sanna Teerenhovi reflect on the course Finnish through art-based practices, which was organised for the first time in autumn 2025. Go to the blog post “Art-Based and Embodied Finnish Language Learning”.
