Mental skills for musicians! – training course starts in October
Did you know that mind skills can be practiced – just like scales and études?
Mental skills for musicians – coaching course provides students with tools for developing their mental skills and strengthening their self-knowledge. The course introduces mental training and its various aspects, including regulating alertness, setting goals, identifying resources and stress factors, recovery, emotional and interaction skills (including internal dialogue), and mindful presence. The course provides a solid foundation for continuing to practice mental skills independently after the course has ended.
Registration is open until September 25! The course has a total capacity of 14 students. Small groups – Tue group in Finnish, Fri group in English – will be filled in order of registration. The course is primarily open to bachelor’s students, but master’s students will be accepted for any remaining places – in order of registration!
