Confirming the study place

Confirm the study place no later than 11 July 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time). The deadline for the Fine Arts master students is 19 November 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time).

• If you have a Finnish personal identity code, accept the offer of admission using the MyStudyinfo service. If you do not have access to the required methods of identification to use the MyStudyinfo service, contact Admissions Office immediately.

• If you do not have a Finnish personal identity code, the Studyinfo.fi service will send you an email with a link to a page where you can indicate whether you wish to accept the offered place. You will receive this email within 24 hours of the announcement of admissions results from the address noreply@opintopolku.fi.

Delivering the certificates to the Admissions Office

In case you have been accepted conditionally, please deliver the required certificates no later than 11 July 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time). 

The deadline for the Fine Arts master students is 19 November 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time).

Tuition fee

Remember to pay the tuition fee (only non-EU and non-EEA students studying in English). Instructions and invoices have been sent via e-mail for those students who are required to pay the fee. The deadline for paying your tuition fee and sending the payment receipt is 11 July 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time).

The deadline for the Fine Arts master students is 19 November 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time).

Registering as attending

Register as attending and pay the student union fee no later than 11 July 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time). The student union fee for the academic year 2024-2025 is 72 €, and 36 for one academic term. Register and pay the student union fee when you confirm the study place online.  

The deadline for the Fine Arts master students is 19 November 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time). The registration is made for the Spring term 2025. The Spring term student union fee is 36 €.
 
If you cannot register online, please deliver the student union fee receipt to us no later than the given deadline. Read the payment instructions here. Do note, that it’s not allowed to register as absent unless you have a legal ground for your absence.
