Confirming the study place

Confirm the study place no later than 11 July 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time). 

You have received an e-mail with a confirmation link from the address noreply@opintopolku.fi. Click the link and confirm the study place. 
 
If you have a Finnish social security number and Finnish online banking credentials, mobile certificate, or an electronic ID-card, you can confirm your study place by logging in to the My Studyinfo -service (www.studyinfo.fi). 
 
If you have a Finnish social security number but no Finnish online banking credentials, you can unfortunately accept the study place only with a paper form. Deliver it to the Admissions Office no later than the given deadline. 

Delivering the certificates to the Admissions Office

In case you have been accepted conditionally, please deliver the required certificates no later than 11 July 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time). 

Tuition fee

Remember to pay the tuition fee (only non-EU and non-EEA students studying in English). Instructions and invoices have been sent via e-mail for those students who are required to pay the fee. The deadline for paying your tuition fee and sending the payment receipt is 11 July 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time). If you have been granted a Finland Scholarship, please deliver the Finland Scholarship acceptance form by the deadline.

Registering as attending

Register as attending and pay the student union fee no later than 11 July 2024 at 3pm EET (Finnish time). The student union fee for the academic year 2024-2025 is 72 €, and 36 for one academic term. Register and pay the student union fee when you confirm the study place online.  
 
If you cannot register online, please use a paper form and deliver it together with the student union fee receipt to us no later than the given deadline. Read the payment instructions here. Do note, that it’s not allowed to register as absent unless you have a legal ground for your absence.

If you have been admitted from the waiting list, you may have been informed by email on separate deadlines that apply to your case and differ from the ones mentioned above.
