Advertise your event on Uniarts Helsinki platforms
You can write a post for Uniarts Helsinki’s blog or have an Instagram takeover on Uniarts Helsinki’s account and promote your event.
Facebook event
The communications team creates Facebook events for concerts that charge an admission fee. For other concerts, you can create the Facebook event yourself and send the event link to the communications team at siba.viestinta@uniarts.fi. We will send a co-host request to the event organiser, after which the event will also be visible to over 20,000 followers on the facebook.com/Sibatapahtumat account.
Sanoma Menokone
The communications team creates events in the Sanoma event engine (Sanoma Menokone) for concerts that charge an admission fee. For other concerts, you can create the event yourself. Anyone can announce events in the event engine which is maintained by Helsingin Sanomat. Events appear in the digital calendar as well as the printed newspaper. It is recommended to make the event notice at least a week before the concert.
The communications team will upload all concerts to Menokone until the end of December 2024.

If there are changes to your concert
If your concert is cancelled or the time or venue changes, please remember to inform the producer. This way, we can update the information on our Uniarts Helsinki platforms.
