Call for Student Representative: IN.TUNE University Alliance
Are you interested in the internationalization of our university and developing music and art professionals’ societal engagement? The IN.TUNE university alliance is seeking a dedicated student representative from Uniarts Helsinki to join both the IN.TUNE Student Council and the Work Package 6 (Societal Engagement) Committee, as the current representative is graduating.
IN.TUNE is a European alliance between eight music and art universities supported by Erasmus+. The current funding period of 2024–2027 is aimed at shaping a framework for future collaboration, planning content, and piloting joint courses. The alliance members are Norwegian Academy of Music, The National University of Music Bucharest, Conservatoire de Paris, Uniarts Helsinki, Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya ESMUC, University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, University of Arts The Hague, and University of Arts in Belgrade.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engagement: Active participation in the meetings, providing your essential student perspective to decision-making processes and project planning. There are also ongoing activities in the SC and WP6C Teams environment.
- Advocacy: The Student Council is an organized body of 16 student members, two from each institution. The SC ensures the inclusion of the student voice and acts as a community providing peer support. Together with the other representative from the same institution, your role is also to coordinate the communication and share project insights with fellow students.
- Impactful work: In the WP6 Committee, you will together with eight institutional representatives contribute to policy development and overseeing the work of three Working Groups that focus on Lifelong learning, Sustainability, and Audience engagement and cultural citizenship. You will also report back to the SC on the WP activities.
