Register for the academic year 2026-2027 by 10 August 2026

Registration takes place in the OILI service. You need your Uniarts Helsinki username and password to register. 

If you are a bachelor’s or a master’s student, you must pay the student union membership fee in connection with the registration. You can use Finnish online banking credentials or a credit card. Doctoral students are free to choose whether they want to pay the fee and gain membership of the student union. 

In case you cannot register in OILI, deliver the student union fee payment receipt to study services using the Uniarts Help contact form (log in with your Uniarts credentials) or by email to study@uniarts.fi.

Please note you cannot register in OILI if you pay tuition fees (you have received separate registration instructions by email). 

You may complete studies only if you are registered as attending. You must also register as attending when completing exchange studies, degree-related internships, cross-institutional studies, or studies in a double degree programme at a partner university. You must register as attending for the semester in which your degree is awarded.

Please note that registration information is transferred to other authorities (e.g. HSL, YTHS) only when the new academic term has started (August 1 or January 1), and the information is typically visible to them the day or two after registration at the earliest (and not yet in the morning). We recommend that you make the registration well before the end of the current academic term!
