Welcome to study at the University of the Arts! The University of the Arts Library offers resources and guidance for your studies.
Uniarts Helsinki library has three locations: Sörnäinen Campus Library (Academy of Fine Arts and Theatre Academy) and Töölö Campus Library (Sibelius Academy) in Helsinki, and Kuopio Library in Kuopio.
You have a virtual library card in Tuudo application. If you want a physical library card, visit the library during the opening hours of customer service. Bring your identity card or passport with you.
To use the library’s lending machines, you will need the library card and a four-digit PIN-code. Your Library card and PIN-code will also give you access to Kuopio Library during self-service hours. You can set the PIN-code yourself or get it at the library’s customer service.
Arsca is a search service for the library’s printed and electronic resources. You can also renew your loans, make requests, pay fees and save your favourites in Arsca. Uniarts Helsinki’s students and personnel have access to the e-resources that the university has the license to by logging in. The library guide provides information on using e-materials.
