Theatre Academy’s exchange partner institutions
The list includes higher education institutions with which the Theatre Academy has an agreement on student exchanges.
Renewal of agreements
Agreements will be renewed during the academic year 2022–2023. It is possible that not all partner institutions will continue the agreement for the next academic year.
It may also be possible to conclude a new agreement, especially within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. If you are interested in an exchange at an institution that is not listed, please contact the planning officer for international affairs at the Theatre Academy.
Some of the agreements apply to all the programmes in the partner institution, while others only apply to some programmes. As a rule, exchange students are required to speak English, but some degree programmes may require, for example, Swedish or German skills.
Many programmes are small, similar to the Theatre Academy, and not everyone will accept exchange students every year or every academic term. In other words, it is a good idea to ask each higher education institution in advance whether they will open an application for the next season and which of their study programmes will accept applications.
United Kingdom
With Brexit, the UK also withdrew from the Erasmus+ programme, and the Theatre Academy’s exchange agreements in the UK are no longer valid. The UK has launched its own Turing Scheme exchange programme and consequently, new agreements may be concluded with British institutions.
