The event, organized on 11-13 October 2023 in Helsinki, Finland, provides a multidisciplinary, cross-sectorial and dynamic platform for 3 days of discussion, exchange and networking.

The 2023 edition of the leading European network on cultural management and policy, ENCATC, will be focused on exploring the impact, opportunities, and challenges of Artificial Intelligence in the cultural management and policy fields.

  • What opportunities and challenges does AI present to the cultural and creative sector, influencing its innovation and growth?
  • How are different stakeholders currently experimenting with AI-powered tools and technologies?
  • What are the ethical, legal, and social implications of AI in cultural policy, management, education, and research?
  • What are the best practices and successful case studies in AI-powered cultural policymaking, education, and research?

At the congress, participants will explore various exciting areas such as AI applications in museums and galleries, performing arts, language learning, curriculum development, and virtual and augmented reality. They will also get to experience to see cutting-edge AI-powered tools and technologies that can enhance learning, creativity, and cultural experiences.
