Apply for KiViTa language and communication courses from May 2nd
KiViTa offers Uniarts Helsinki students a course tray for languages and communication from all universities in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The courses are mainly implemented flexibly as distance and online studies.
Uniarts Helsinki will open the following courses in the KiViTa offering in autumn 2024, for which Uniarts Helsinki students can register in Studyinfo.
New language courses that can be used as elective studies:
- Italian 3 – Continue studying Italian from A2 level!
- Spanish 1 – Learn the basics of Spanish!
- Spanish 2 – Continue learning Spanish!
Courses corresponding to compulsory language and communication studies:
- Preparatory study unit in Swedish
- Swedish, Second official language (for arts students)
- Preparatory study unit in English
- English for Arts Studies and Practice 1
- English for Arts Studies and Practice 2
- Intensive course in speaking skills
- Interaction skills
- Textual skills – Texts related to working life in the fields of art

Read the registration instructions on KiViTa’s website. The selection of students for courses is made in the order of registration. As a rule, registration for autumn courses ends on 11.8.2024.
