KiViTa offers courses in languages and communication for anyone studying at the higher education institutions of the region – apply now!
KiViTa, or collaboration in language and communication teaching in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, offers courses in languages and communication, which can be taken by anyone studying at the higher education institutions of the region. The diverse course offerings focus particularly on Finnish and Swedish, multilingual science and professional communication, as well as less frequently taught languages. The courses are primarily organised flexibly as remote and web-based studies.

Registration for courses beginning in January 2024 is open from 11 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. Please read the instructions for registration on KiViTa’s website. All registrations take place in Sudyinfo (Opintopolku) and students are admitted to the courses on a first-come first-served basis.
Uniarts Helsinki offers the following courses to the KiViTa network in Spring 2024 and our own students can also apply for them on Studyinfo:
- English for Arts studies 1, 2 cr
- English for Arts studies 2, 3 cr
- Italian language 1, 4 cr
- Italian language 2, 5 cr
- British Drama in the 21st Century, 3 cr (application in the beginning of 2024)
- Learn Finnish by Singing, 2 cr (application in the beginning of 2024)
