Stu­dents’ Men­tal Health Week on 7–13 April: meet Uniarts Helsinki’s psy­chol­o­gists and chap­lain on cam­pus on 8 April

This year, the theme of the Students’ Mental Health Week campaign is “Student, how are you?” During the week, you are encouraged to reflect on things that boost your wellbeing in everyday studies and life in general. And what are the things that overwhelm you at the moment?

During the week, students can watch webinars on the topic hosted by Nyyti ry and FSHS, for example. Read the programme:

Uniarts Helsinki organises campaign activities on campus on 8 April 2025

Uniarts Helsinki joins the Students’ Mental Health Week with its own “How are you?” campaign day on Tuesday, 8 April. Come and reflect on your own situation with the traffic light self-assessment technique and share your own wellbeing tips with others.
