Course feedback 2023
The results of the survey show that students at Uniarts are generally satisfied with the courses they have taken. The overall assessment of the courses received the highest marks, while the lowest marks were given for personal activity.
Rector’s Feedback Survey 2024
Students are generally positive about undergraduate and doctoral education. However, attention is drawn to student well-being and the experience of discrimination and inappropriate treatment, which require further attention and improvement. There was a desire for more work on ecological issues in the curriculum. Some respondents feel that digital learning environments are too diverse and would like to see them better used, e.g. to support independent learning. Uniarts has added new questions to the questionnaire on the workload, timing, and scheduling of courses. The results show that students are quite satisfied with these aspects.
Bachelor’s Graduate Survey 2023
Student feedback reveals that student satisfaction with university studies is high on average. E-learning environments and entrepreneurship skills need improvement. Student well-being also continues to emerge as an area for improvement.
Master’s degree career monitoring survey 2023
The results show that most alumni recommend their degree to others. In terms of career satisfaction, the University of the Arts Helsinki remains at a national level, although certain skills need to be developed, such as collaboration, self-direction/self-initiative, creativity, stress tolerance and the ability to learn and absorb new skills.
Doctoral degree career monitoring survey 2023
Doctoral degree career monitoring results are very good, with most graduates satisfied with their degree in terms of career prospects. In terms of skills, the main areas for development include strengthening business, language, and negotiation skills, working in a multicultural environment and stress tolerance.
