Are you struggling with mental challenges, stress, loneliness or social anxiety? Are you looking for peer support, someone to talk to, or perhaps new perspectives and tips for your situation? Join our peer support groups.
You can participate in our groups with a low threshold. They are free of charge, and you do not need a diagnosis, referral or crisis to take part – a willingness to talk is enough. Groups are also organised during the summer.
The groups run for six weeks and meet once a week. They are facilitated by Nyyti ry’s staff. Join a peer support group – sharing makes things easier to carry together!
