Student healthcare fee in higher education (attending BA and MA students)
Remember to pay the student healthcare fee to KELA 31st January 2023 at the latest. More information here: https://www.kela.fi/web/en/how-to-pay-the-student-healthcare-fee-in-higher-education
You do not have to pay the healthcare fee if you have social security coverage from another EU/EEA country or from Switzerland or the United Kingdom. Even if you do not have to pay the fee, you can still use the services of the Finnish Student Health Service. Registering as attending for the spring term
If you haven’t registered as attending for the spring term 2023 yet, you can do it in the OILI registration service 1st December 2022 – 9th January 2023. OILI can be found at https://oili.csc.fi/continuing-students/.
Please note you cannot register in OILI if you pay tuition fees.
In case you wish to change your registration status for the spring term from attending to non-attending, please contact your academy during the registration period.
