Try the career readiness self-assessment tool at www.kudin.fi and get tips for development!

The Open Campus of the Uniarts has introduced the Kudin.fi Career readiness self-assessment tool as part of the Open Campus Education and Services for Continuous Learning project. The tool is being piloted with independent arts sector professionals.

Kudin.fi offers students the opportunity to deepen their understanding of their strengths and needs for development from a career planning perspective. Career and employment readiness are key skills that are shaped both during studies and throughout life.  

The tool, developed by the Finnish university network, is used by several universities. The tool is based on a strong research base and offers a unique opportunity to look at one’s career skills in a multifaceted way. 

The tool is available for all Uniarts students until 30 June 2025 at www.kudin.fi

Free continuous learning opportunities for arts professionals at the Uniarts Open University

The Uniarts Open University offers professional training and services for arts professionals as part of its Sustainable Future in the Cultural Sector – Continuous Learning training and services.  

The goal of the new study and service module is to improve independent arts professionals’ ability to develop their work environment sustainably.

The funder of the project is the Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment. The Service Centre promotes the competence development of working-age people and the availability of skilled labour. Its operations are steered by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment in Finland.
