Orientation for new students 2026: Uniarts Helsinki as a learning environment
‘Uniarts Helsinki as a learning environment’ is a compulsory study unit in bachelor’s studies. Master’s students can choose to complete the study unit on a voluntary basis.
New Praxis master’s students in the Academy of Fine Arts complete orientation according to these instructions.
Content and learning outcomes of the study unit
The study unit Uniarts Helsinki as a learning environment (2 cr) consists of the following:
- An online course that you complete independently on Moodle
- Orientation Days organised on the Töölö campus for all new students of Uniarts Helsinki on 17 August and 14 September 2026
- Orientation programme of your academy and degree programme/department/subject area
